0

August is going to be awesome on Netflix. My binge watching days are coming back again a few of my favourite movies and shows are coming with new episodes. Monthly addition to Netflix of shows and movies is a normal practice but August is bringing resolution to major cliffhangers we were waiting for a year or two. These are the top shows/ movies you will get to see on Netflix in August –

Sacred Games

The Epic saga which made India’s mark on the Internation stage is coming for its second season where the story behind the upcoming apocalypse will be revealed. It will definitely be one of the most-watched shows of August on Netflix.

Release date: August 15

Mindhunter

Mindhunter is one of the most intelligent shows I have ever seen. The realistic, comprehensive, and dark approach to the discovery of the term “Serial-Killer” will leave you questioning your own sanity. “How can you defeat crazy if you don’t know how crazy thinks,” is one my favourite line.

13 Reasons Why

When we thought the end to Hannah Baker saga is coming to an end, the students of Liberty High committed another abhorring crime. Or was it justice? there is a thin line between justice and murder, I think its the pleasure in the torture.

Gangs of New York

Daniel Day-Lewis, Leonard DiCaprio, Camron Diaz and Director Martin Scorsese. What else do I need to tell you to convince you to watch this near-genius piece of art? Civil war and Gang battles, I think now I am clear on why to watch it.

Rocky 1-5

If you need any motivation in life binge-watch all the Rocky movies at once. Like Rocky says,”
“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”
