Visit a Spa and pamper yourself! This has always been on a to-do list when you want to take a break. The cracks and dryness that appears on our foot might dishearten us. Those poor feet we often lose our sight of, they help us keep moving. So here are some tips and tricks to maintain your baby-soft feet and rock your outfits like never before.

To start with, the first thing that one should make a note of is that our feet require daily care. If you want your heels to be smooth and soft use pumice stone or foot tiles on a regular basis and get rid of dead skin easily.

Removing your dead skin during or after a shower makes it soft and easy to get rid of. Use circular motions to get better results. You can rinse and dab with a cloth to make your foot dry. Apply moisture after this to avoid extreme oil loss. If you like taking foot baths then use warm or cool water. You must note that hot water can dry your skin. You can use exfoliating scrubs, you can easily make one at home. Try honey, salt, sugar or coffee scrubs and you are good to go! Coconut oil or shea butter for moisturizing your feet also does it wonder. Pullover your socks and take a goodnight sleep for better results.

You can try coconut oil or shea butter to moisturize your feet, or even mix them together in a 3:2 ratio. Use them at night and wear soft cotton socks after applying the cream for better results.

Now here are some simple tricks that one can use without costing much to soften the skin on your feet.

1. Baking soda

Baking soda is like a miracle as it acts as a powerful exfoliator. To use this, mix the ingredient in a bowl (baking soda and water), massage them on heels, toes, and lower part of your feet. If the skin is very dry use a stone and gets rid of the dead skin. Rinse your feet later with warm water and then you are done!

2. Apple cider vinegar

Vinger, when combined with Listerine, softens the callouses and thus vinegar acts more than a remedy for dry skin. One should soak their feet for at least 01 mins and not more than 20 minutes then pat dry and exfoliate the skin, that’s it and you are left with soft and clean feet.

3. Olive oil

Olive oil is a natural moisturizer, simply put, olive oil can be applied on your feet. Gently rub the oil in the hardest times.

4. Honey

Honey helps in keeping your skin moist thus making soft. How to use this? Mix all ingredients in a bowl and massage the scrub all over your feet. It will take away all the dead skin that was hanging all over your feet.

5. Milk

If you don’t want to use a water-based exfoliation then you can replace water with milk. Warm up the milk and pour it in your foot tub. Leave your foot for 10 minutes ad then take little baking soda and massage it all over your foot. Now repeat this and dip your feet in the milk again for like 5 minutes.
