Butter, Ghee, and oils are significant ingredients of our food preparations. There is a myth that food cannot taste good unless atleast one of these three ingredients is not present.

Buttermilk

Containing only 40 Calories per 100gm, buttermilk is super-rich in Vitamin B12, Potassium, Calcium, and Phosphorous. Buttermilk aids in digestion also.

Oats Idli

We love Idlis, the south Indian dish is famous all over the country. It can be made of semolina or rice batter. If you replace the batter with oats the calorie count drops significantly, an Oats idli is about 32 calories per piece.
