On Sixteenth February, Arvind Kejriwal and his cabinet will take the Oath to form the Delhi Government for the third time. History has been made by Aam Aadmi Party yet again by winning on sixty-two seats out of a total of seventy. This is the first time a Government has won without applying the typical methods of politics.
The first time when AAP won the elections, the government lasted only forty-nine days, Arvind Kejriwal and his fellow MLA’s resigned due to clashes with Central Government. The second time AAP Realized their mistakes and apologized to everyone they could. Maybe the selflessness of Arvind Kejriwal and his team impressed Delhi voters.
This was the first time when any Government fought elections on the basis of their achievements with proof. This victory means the victory of democracy in India. Jerry Seinfeld once said, “A true politician never talks about real issues,” the case was different for AAP. I am happy that the Delhi Government is setting a good example for the future. Maybe the politics of hate and division has seen its match. If the Governments follow the strategy adopted by AAP, the progress of India into becoming a developed nation will speed up to ten folds.
Elections influence people, the voters all across the country are impressed with this massive victory of AAP. If the trend shift towards a cleaner political era, India will witness a Golden Age. I know it is unlikely that a drastic change will happen overnight, but yes there is a wind of change.
