I have a terrible habit of eating junk food, which becomes so severe that it affects my digestion system. And over time, I occasionally started to experience digestive symptoms such as gas and acidity, frequent upset stomach, heartburn, nausea, constipation, and also diarrhea. Fortunately, I took some measures as suggested by many around me to consume digestive herbs, and I can trustfully say that this green leaf has some magic in them. Below here I am posting some of my personal favorites so they can also benefit you.
One of the most common digestive herbs. This fantastic hot spice impacts the circulatory system and very common med in my Indian home. Ginger fixes the gut, accelerates the transfer of food in the gastrointestinal tract, and reduces bloating too.
Caraway seeds are the supreme herb for the digestive process. It relieves stomach pains and nausea, helps exit of gas from the bowel, and stops fermentation in the gut.
Greeb peppermint is an ever refreshing drug; further, it is antispasmodic, relaxing, and anti-microbial. It’s helpful in cough, supports a healthy liver, and also itching when applied topically.
These seeds are known as Ajwain in Indian homes. Every mother in once in her lifetime has prescribed Ajwain for various digestion problems. Ajwain is full off enzymes that aid in promoting digestion naturally and also expedites the discharge of gastric juices.
