So, let’s get right to the review of Etude House Play 101 stick in shade 19. It is a contour stick designed for easy usage.
What does the company claim?
- 24-degree diagonal cut, which helps with easy blending.
- It gives a powdery fix and not a cakey texture.
- A large number of shades.
How to apply?
You just need to apply the highlighting colour on T-zone, cheek bones, and cupid’s bow. And, the shading colour on your nose, hairline and below the jaw.
It is definitely my favorite cream contour as of now. The first thing I really liked about the product is the packaging. It is cute and travel-friendly.
The texture is extremely smooth, easy to apply and you can blend it easily. I was a little apprehensive because I have combination skin, and powders tend to make the dry parts drier. However, this product comes with a creamy base and gave me a smooth application. This shade is perfect for my skin tone as I have dusky skin. However, if you are pale, it is better to choose the lighter stick as the colours are rich and dark.
The scent of the product is quite pleasant and doesn’t end up bothering you. Overall, I really liked the product. Although I am not someone, who regularly opts for contouring, this product is something that I will buy again. I give it a 4 on 5.
