Crispy, Crunchy And All-Time Favorite Oatmeal Cookie

There is something great about a batch of warm fresh homemade Oatmeal Cookies, just like mom makes! Here is my favorite cookie recipe! This is chewy and soft, only with right spices, juicy plum raisins, and crisp walnuts, and I am sure this will satisfy those sweet cravings.

Here is a simple oatmeal cookies recipe. Add some dark chocolate, raisins, fragrant cinnamon and some walnuts together. If you like, you can add pecans or dates with orange zest. I firmly believe that you can’t go wrong with this and there with a warm cookie and a hot cup of tea you’re set.

Take a medium bowl, blend butter with cream, sugar, and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Mix with egg, then stir with a vanilla stick. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; shake like a creamed mix. Add in oats later. Cover, and freeze the dough for almost one hour.

Don’t forget to preheat the oven at 190 degrees Celcius. Butter cookie sheets. With palm, take the dough into bite-size balls, and put across inches apart on sheets. At last, flatten every cookie with a large spoon dipped in sugar.

In a preheated oven bake till 10 Mins. Let the cookies set to cool on the baking tray for about 10 minutes before transferring to a rack or a jar to cool completely.
